Important information about your safari booking, cancellation policies, and safety guidelines

1. Booking Terms & Conditions
1.1 Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Confirmation is sent via email/WhatsApp within 2 hours of booking
- 50% payment is required after Booking to secure your booking
- Bookings are valid only for the specified date and time
1.2 Payment Terms
- We accept UPI, bank transfer, and major credit cards
- Payment links are sent via WhatsApp for convenience
- All prices include GST and are in Indian Rupees (₹)
- No hidden charges - all costs are disclosed upfront
1.3 Age Requirements
- Minimum age for safari participation: 5 years
- Children 5-12 years: 25% discount on shared jeeps
- Children must be accompanied by adults at all times
- Infants below 5 years are not permitted for safety reasons
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Timeframe
48+ Hours Before Safari
Full refund or free rescheduling
24-48 Hours Before Safari
50% refund or free rescheduling to available dates
Less than 24 Hours
30% refund. Rescheduling subject to availability with 25% fee
Weather Conditions
Full refund if park authorities close the sanctuary
2.2 Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Bank charges may apply for certain payment methods
- Contact us for refund status after 7 business days
3. Safety Guidelines
3.1 During Safari
- Stay inside the vehicle at all times unless instructed by guide
- Follow guide's instructions immediately and without question
- Keep noise levels minimal to avoid disturbing wildlife
- Do not feed or attempt to touch any animals
- Keep hands and cameras inside the vehicle
3.2 Health & Fitness
- Inform us of any medical conditions before booking
- Safari involves rough terrain - not recommended for those with back problems
- Carry necessary medications with you
- Stay hydrated - we provide complimentary water
4. Liability & Responsibility
4.1 Our Responsibility
- We provide experienced guides and well-maintained vehicles
- We follow all government safety regulations and guidelines
- We carry comprehensive insurance for all our vehicles
- We maintain communication equipment for emergencies
4.2 Client Responsibility
- Follow all safety instructions provided by guides
- Respect wildlife and maintain safe distances
- Inform guides of any concerns immediately
- Take responsibility for personal belongings and equipment
4.3 Wildlife Sightings
While we make every effort to provide wildlife sightings, we cannot guarantee specific animal sightings as wildlife behavior is unpredictable and subject to natural conditions.
- No refunds or discounts for lack of specific wildlife sightings
- We follow ethical wildlife viewing practices
- Animal welfare takes precedence over photography opportunities
5. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect only necessary information for booking and communication
- Your data is never shared with third parties without consent
- We use secure payment processing systems
- You may request deletion of your data after trip completion
- Photos may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested
